Orders placed before 14.00 GMT are normally shipped the same day. Neonode AB primarily uses UPS for shipments. However, in some cases, a standard mail provider will be used. UPS normally delivers to all European addresses within 2 – 3 days. Please note that UPS may deliver during normal business hours and cannot deliver to P.O Boxes.

Unclaimed parcels will be returned to Neonode and refunded.
