My device needs repair. What do I do?#377

Fill out our contact form. Choose Neonode N1m in the drop down under Subject.

Please write the problem description as accurately as possible in the Inquiry field, to make the repair work easier. Do not forget to write your address in the Inquiry field. We will send the repaired device back to the address you wrote in the Inquiry field.

When we have accepted your repair request you will get a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Write the RMA number on the package before you send it to the repair center. Send the package as a registered letter.
