First, shut down the device. Make sure it is properly connected to the computer. The mobile device might conflict with another device with the same drive letter. To determine whether this is the case, please do the following:

On your PC, go to the Control Panel - Administrative Tools – Computer management and disk management. If the mobile device conflicts with another device with the same drive letter, you can change it to a unique letter, thus avoiding this conflict.
