Returns, replacements and refunds?#436

Products purchased directly from Neonode (either via phone or the web shop) may be returned under the following circumstances:

• Warranty - For defects, within 2 years of the date of original shipment for a defect *; or within 14 days of the date of original shipment for any other reasons. **
• Products purchased via an authorized Neonode dealer must be returned to such dealer, who in turn deals directly with Neonode directly regarding returns, replacements and/or refunds. Please contact your authorized dealer for its policy on returns and replacements. *

* The Neonode factory warranty does not apply to Neonode Products that are purchased from an unauthorized seller, unless the warranty is explicitly transferred from the original purchaser.
** 14 day return policy applies only to Neonode Products that are purchased directly from Neonode (either via phone or the online store).
