What can I do if my Neonode device fails?#438

If you suspect that there is a product defect with any Neonode product, please contact support. Our customer support personnel are available  9 AM until 5 PM, Monday to Friday, to assist you in diagnosing and fixing any problems you may encounter in the use of your Neonode product. In the event that we cannot help you fix the problem over the phone, you may need to return your Neonode device for a warranty repair under the terms of Neonode's limited warranty.
